If you read the Story section, you'll know by now that it has nothing to do with Card Captor Sakura. When CLAMP decided that a little bit older versions of Syaoran and Sakura would appear in Tsubasa ~RESERVoir CHRoNiCLE~, people who were eager to see the lovely couple again spread tons of rumours about Tsubasa being a Card Captor Sakura sequel, but if you haven't noticed already, that's not true! The only things they have in common are their main characters and that they were both created by the same people ^^;; Even if there are some moments in the manga which focus on the relationship between Syaoran and Sakura, Tsubasa's genre is nearer to shounen (manga for young boys, with more action and battles) than to shoujo (manga for young girls, primarily focusing on love relationships). But anyway, CLAMP always mix elements from both genres in almost all of their works, so...

I've seen many people confused when they started reading Tsubasa because of characters from other series appearing there, so I'll try to make that point clear too.

Before Tsubasa, CLAMP have always liked to include characters from other series made by them in their own manga (most famous examples are Tokyo Babylon and X, or the CLAMP Gakuen trilogy -20 Mensou ni Onegai!!, Gakkuen Tokkei Duklyon and CLAMP Gakuen Tanteidan-).

But they decided to go even further with Tsubasa: travelling between different worlds was a perfect excuse. These characters are physically and mentally similar to the ones appearing in other manga, but they're not exactly the same. For example, if you could ask Yuzuriha about things that happened in X, she wouldn't have a clue about what you're saying ;P They were born, raised and live in different places and so they have different memories and experiences, even if their souls and personalities are the same.

It's very difficult to explain, so I suggest you to read Tsubasa now and you will probably figure it out way much better ^^
